Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally final. The exceptions below describe when a refund may be considered.

When refunds are considered
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Technical issues that prevent successful delivery of your invitation.
- Incorrect amount charged by the payment gateway.
When refunds are not available
- Change of mind after a successful download.
- Errors in the details you typed (names, dates, venue).
- Compatibility issues with third-party apps after the file has been delivered.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
How to request a refund
Email support@snehnimantran.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
